Abel Inostroza Gutiérrez School has implemented a project with the aim of strengthening the participation of families in extracurricular activities. Through a rigorous research process, a significant gap between school and home was identified, evidenced by a low participation of families in school events and projects. To address this situation, an action plan was designed that involves more effective communication, the provision of varied and flexible activities, and the creation of spaces for dialogue between the school and families. It is hoped that this project will not only increase family participation, but also have a positive impact on students' academic performance, foster a more collaborative school climate and strengthen the bonds between the school community. By involving families more actively in school life, the aim is to build a more inclusive and enriching school for all its members.
